Creative Designer

Job Description

We are looking for a talented and innovative Creative Designer to join our team. In this role, you
will conceptualize and execute compelling visual content across digital and print platforms, aligning
with brand strategy and marketing objectives. Your designs will play a key role in enhancing our
online presence, growing engagement, and supporting brand consistency across all digital channels.

Responsibilities
* Create eye-catching graphics, short videos, GIFs, stories, reels, carousels, and other multimedia content.
* Collaborate with marketing, content, and branding teams to deliver visually aligned campaigns.
* Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices.
* Stay updated on current trends in social media, digital design, and pop culture to keep content fresh and relevant.
* Take ownership of projects from concept through execution and delivery.
* Maintain and ensure consistency of brand identity across all creative outputs.
* Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of creativity and quality
* Suggest and implement design improvements to increase user engagement and follower growth

Requirements
* Formal education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or similar discipline (bachelor’s degree, diploma or equivalent experience).
* Minimum of 1- 2 year of experience in a similar role.
* Experience with tools like Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma.
* Strong portfolio showcasing social media content (images, videos, animations, etc.)
* Language proficiency: Fluent in English (Verbal & Written).
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Prior experience in UI/UX design is an added advantage
* Ability to interpret marketing and brand strategies into visual content.
* Knowledge of social media best practices and platform specifications.
* Motion graphics or animation skills are a strong plus.
